Rockin around the Christmas tree

Things have been pretty hectic around here (hence the lack of a Monday post and these pre-haircut photos). The summer intensive subject that I'm doing sure is intense! I feel like I've been rushing non-stop since last Monday. The good news is, yesterday I made a list and filled out a week planner - which makes everything seem much more manageable again!

The past weekend was probably the most Christmas-y weekend possible, apart from, you know, Christmas. Mitch and I had two Christmas parties for his work, I did Part 2 of the gingerbread house class with Mum, bought decorations and started decorating the house. 

One emergency-tree-buying trip to K-Mart later and our Christmas-afying of the apartment is complete. It now looks like Santa has exploded in our living room. Mitch has also clued onto the fact that I can't resist Christmas music and has taken to switching on the festive playlist whenever I'm getting a bit snappy....Which is just plain sneaky I say :)
